It’s about carving out and honoring the time we set aside each day to nurture our mind, body, and spirit. Whether it’s going for a walk, listening to music, meditating, creating art, journaling, exercising or just giving your thoughts time to wander, that time is helping to restore the energy we need to show up fully in our lives.
